Included in the price are: usage of hot and cold water, usage for electricity, cooking gas, weekly change of sheets and towels, usage of the swimming pool from 29th April to 14th October.

Final cleaning: fom € 90,00 to € 170,00 depend of apt
Extra bed (where possible) and baby cot: free
Laundry service: EUR 5
Security deposit:
a deposit of EUR 200,00 must be paid locally, upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of the stay, if there are no damages in the apartment.
Reception rules:
Check-in time: from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. For later arrival, please inform us.
Check-out time: before 10 a.m.
The weekly stays are with arrival and departure on Saturday.
Booking and payment conditions:
Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid to secure the booking. The amount is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than 45 days before the arrival at the property.
Tourist municipality taxes:
EUR 1 per person/per day, to be paid locally
